What does "founding-customer price locked forever" mean?
The first 50 Salon Early-Bird subscribers pay $49/mo permanently — even as we raise prices when more features ship. You'll never be repriced for joining early.
How does ClientLens get my client data?
After subscribing, you'll upload a client export from your POS or booking system (Vagaro, Mindbody, Square, etc.). Our onboarding guide walks you through exactly what to export and how to format it — takes about 10 minutes.
What happens after I subscribe?
You'll get a welcome email immediately with a direct link to our onboarding guide and a calendar link to book a 30-minute setup call. We want your first insight to land within 48 hours of subscribing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time directly through your Stripe billing portal — no hoops, no cancellation fees, no minimum term.
Is the 500-client limit per location?
Per account. If you have multiple locations and more than 500 total clients, reach out — we'll work something out before we officially launch multi-location pricing.
